Prime Play Rentals — PS5 Console Rentals

Pickup & Return: Atrium on Bay, 595 Bay St., Toronto, ON M5G 2C2. Meet downstairs near the CIBC bank. Pickup and return appointments are available between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM in 15-minute increments. Same-day rental requests must be submitted by 3:00 PM.

Rental Agreement

I understand that the rental fee and refundable security deposit must be paid in cash at pickup. I accept responsibility for the rental equipment and accessories while they are in my possession. I agree to return the equipment by the agreed return date and time. I confirm that I am the person submitting this rental request and that I will personally attend the scheduled pickup. I understand that I must present valid government-issued photo identification at pickup, and the name on the ID must match the name provided on this rental request. If the names do not match, the rental will not be completed. I have read and agree to the terms. I confirm that the information I provided is accurate.
